THE BRIEF

The goal here was to create a space that honors the home's traditional 1930s roots while also incorporating modern amenities and conveniences. The result is a beautiful transitional home that is both stylish and comfortable, seamlessly merging old and new. Home to a busy family of five, the entire floorplan was reworked to improve flow and maximize natural light.
